I remember the first phase of building @marchagency.co .
It was a simple idea, an umbrella agency for the services @ebuka_iam and I offered. A necessity at that stage.
As a multi disciplined creative, the kind that can do many things and actually do them well, I needed one home for everything. One place to say, this is what we do.
It was transactional. Money for deliverables. Project in. Work out.
But it did not take long to notice something.
We were never just executing briefs. We were constantly thinking beyond them. Caring beyond them. We were committed to more than deliverables.
That was the turning point.
We began to rebuild Mar+ch around partnership. Around embedded thinking. Around staying close to the real problems businesses face.
It is unconventional. It is still unfolding. And that is the most exciting part.
I will share the journey here and there, in between the incredible work we are doing.
