Every month we run a photo competition where Hexlox customers (and friends) can share images of the items they love, secured with Hexlox. The winner receives a €36 Hexlox gift certificate. So we’re calling on all Hexloxers to send in their best shots of bikes protected with Hexlox to:

Our March winner is
@davidstivenson and his stunning Cinelli — with multiple components secured against theft using Hexlox.
“I ride a Cinelli Vigorelli Rainbow that I built myself from the ground up — every single detail. This bike isn’t just something I ride; it’s something I carefully assembled using quality materials, precision tools, and premium greases to ensure everything runs perfectly smooth.
It runs Corima carbon wheels with ceramic bearings paired with Continental Gatorskin 25c tubular tires — a fast and reliable combination. The drivetrain is built around a Miche Pistard 2.0 setup (bottom bracket, crankset, chainring) with a Miche Ergal fixed cog and a 48–17 gear ratio, perfect for urban riding.
The chain is an Izumi V Super Toughness NJS in gold and black, and the pedals are Crankbrothers Egg Beater 1.
Up front I run a Cinelli ANT stem with a Zipp Vuka aluminum handlebar, SRAM TT 500 brake levers, Jagwire Road Pro cables, and Shimano Ultegra R8000 calipers with Corima cork pads.
One of the parts I’m most proud of is the headset: a Columbus Compass carbon (1-1/2") with ceramic bearings — rare and well worth tracking down.
Finishing touches include a Cinelli Scatto Black Knight saddle, Cinelli Velvet Logo bar tape with anodised end plugs, a Knog Lil Cobber rear light, and a Knog Oi Classic bell.
Security was a priority for this build. The bike has a hidden AirTag tracker and a full Hexlox anti-theft system protecting both wheels, the seatpost, saddle bolts, and all stem bolts.
Sourcing the parts was part of the journey. Components came from Spain, France, the Netherlands, Germany, and Italy as I tracked down exactly the right pieces — some genuinely hard to find, especially the Columbus headset.
Custom decals with my name on the wheels make it truly mine.
The result is a bike that reflects my style, patience, and obsession with detail” 🚴♂️
