If you have to leave your set early, or if you’re not scheduled the entire shoot, make sure to leave touch-up materials for each talent with easy instructions for an HMUA assistant, a production assistant, the talent, or even the photographer/videographer, to do it themselves. Don’t just abandon them with nothing because in the end, you will still be tagged as the HMUA, even when your work deteriorates when you’re no longer there 🤷🏻 #keepthatinmind

When @coveneyinc pitched this BIG HAIR concept, I said YES… and figured out the “how”, second.
How do you get that volume?
That thickness?
Teasing? Fillers? Donuts?
My answer: a $15 Afro wig + a few bundles of clip-on extensions = MAXIMUM Bump🤑
Did it work? You tell me…
Meanwhile, my colleague @jairdoeshair had his own method for the blonde look—using a straw sombrero + packing filler as his base 🤯
