and Strengths. It is not a do or die affair and
neither is it a show off.
When you die or develop a strange sickness due to
negligence, show off or carefree attitude towards
yourself all in the name of Fasting, this is not
pleasing to God I guess. You have not done
anything other than committing Suicide.
Ulcer, on Medications, Nursing mum, or only have
Strength for few Hours to mention but a few, 'No dy
do pass yourself'. You are not to impress anyone. (Pray, Abstain, give Alms)
Applying this to Life Growth....... In real sense, Fasting is Abstinence and
Abstinence is Fasting..... Abstaining from Sleep, from Fun, from Play all to
become great, it is Fasting, but when it is damaging
you and your Health, It is Suicide... Abstaining from Pride so you can be Loyal and be
Praised (Show off), It is Fasting, But when your
Loyalty and Humility brings Insult and
Embarrassment to your Doorstep, It is Suicide.... Abstaining from Social gathering and other Fun
filled Environs where you can Laugh it off so
people can call you Decent, but only to find
yourself looking older than your Mates, it is
called Suicide..... Whatever you Abstain yourself from but in turn
tarnishes or threatens who You are or hinder your
forward movement (Health, Body, Boldness,
Progress, Success Etc) it is nothing but Suicide. "Yes Suicide"
Therefore, there is Suicide in Fasting. Do not
embark on Suicidal Fasting, Fast Wisely and
according to your Strength and Limits
