Rozer is one of the artists featured in the report we did on the new generation of artists who are shaping a new scene in the Egyptian electronic underground. You can read the article and listen a mix in @crackmagazine .
Half-Egyptian, half-Palestinian artist Rozer blends a deep knowledge of traditional instruments, regional sounds and Arabic maqamat such as Bayati, Saba, Hijaz and Nahawand, with modern electronic music. Rooted between Gaza and Cairo, his work mainly fuses electro shaabi with drums, deep bass, and unconventional sound design.

Rozer es uno de los artistas que componen el reportaje que hicimos sobre la nueva generación de artistas que están dando forma a una nueva escena en el underground de la electrónica egipcia.
El artista Rozer, de ascendencia egipcia y palestina, fusiona un profundo conocimiento de instrumentos tradicionales, sonidos regionales y maqamat árabes como Bayati, Saba, Hijaz y Nahawand con música electrónica moderna. Con raíces entre Gaza y El Cairo, su obra combina principalmente electro shaabi con percusión, bajos profundos y un diseño sonoro poco convencional.
