Relax More, Not Less
By now
you may notice something
The mind wants to try harder
To do it right
To feel something
To make progress
Today we shift
Not more effort
More relaxation
In Di Yuan
progress does not come from force
It comes from being
calm
relaxed
and natural
When the body relaxes
Qi can flow
When the mind softens
awareness becomes clear
As you practice
Relax a little more than yesterday
Soften the face
the shoulders
the chest
Let the breath be natural
Let the awareness be light
Not focused tightly
Not drifting
Just present
Where are you still holding effort
Can you let it go
even slightly
Take one breath now
Relax your body
Say internally
“I allow this to be easy”
