Contraās debut record āLP 4ā is finally out in the world. We worked very hard on this and I couldnāt be more proud of jacob and his dedicated to the craft. One key thing about this process was that nothing was forced and we listened more than we worked. We questioned everything - compressors, eq, and other plugins were scrutinized and only the essentials were left in the signal path. Thanks jacob ā¤ļø Iāll always remember these sessions and hangs.
I donāt usually find myself in front of a mastering session but every now and then @jakewithspaces and I will activate on some lufs. This record is world building at its finest and has some of my favorite aggressive beats since wlr. Thanks for having me on š
