Here’s what we did 👇 → Dropped “detox” and renamed them simply: Myo → Positioned the brand as modern physical therapy for body brilliance™ → Developed Futureproof™, a proprietary 5-phase method to guide the care journey → Rebuilt their identity system to feel human, not intimidating → Aligned their internal team around a single, clear narrative → Redefined their digital experience from static to strategic From misunderstood to magnetic. From pain relief to potential. From Myodetox to Myo.

Ever wondered what contractions feel like? If prenatal vitamins are worth it? If you’ll ever feel normal again after giving birth? If you answered “yes,” you join countless others wondering the same things about their own motherhood journeys. @expectful is here to give you the answers you’re looking for and provide the support you need—whether you’re hopeful, expecting, grieving, or a new mom. We partnered with Expectful to build a brand world for women to connect with each other and experts, find the science-backed support they need, and just feel seen. Because with our healthcare system and society, a world like that was hard (or for some, impossible) to find. This project culminated in the best possible outcome: @babylist acquired Expectful in early 2023. Now, even more women have access to their rich library of mental health and wellness resources.

Head Chef Matt Alfus brings this mission to life, developing seasonal menus that feature wholesome, local ingredients. 🥗 It’s this transparency that helps Postscript differentiate: no ghost kitchens. Coffee is a core offering at @postscriptcollective , and with an in-store roastery (and lead roaster John Laird at the helm), it’s the best cup of joe in town. We made sure the care and labor that goes into each sip of coffee was an integral part of the Postscript brand experience: whether you’re in their bright and airy cafe or shopping their coffee subscription online.

Welcome to @postscriptcollective ’s flagship location, opened in summer 2023 and nicknamed “the Erewhon of San Francisco.” Every detail in Postscript was intentional and a physical manifestation of the brand we built for them—from the all-day menu, to the curated offerings, to our bright yellow brand mark above the front door. ✨

A high-end cafe-roaster-market concept with aspirations to expand, @postscriptcollective came to us as just an idea and a location. We did the rest, from establishing strategy, to building a brand, to executing everything necessary to launch their flagship location. Fresh coffee roasted on-site. Wholesome meals made to order. A curation philosophy committed to quality. Postscript opened in the historic Jackson Square neighborhood and quickly became known as “the Erewhon of San Francisco.” Like fine art, Postscript was founded on an emphasis on the details: the little extra, the above and beyond, and the final touch that truly elevates their offerings from good to great.

Our long-time partner @bowflex has been an industry leading fitness brand for the past four decades…but fitness looks much different than it did back in 1986. BowFlex realized they needed to not only continue to put out innovative equipment, but also excite modern consumers—wherever they’re at in their fitness journeys. After going through a strategic rebrand, we helped BowFlex create a multi-channel launch campaign and overhaul their social strategy. During the launch period (July 27 to August 26), we saw: ➡️ A 184% increase in shares 🔊 A 128% increase in comments 🔥 A 59.2% increase in profile actions (clicks, DMs, etc.) Case study coming soon!
