I had the chance to tap in with creatives who are really outside, moving culture in their own way.
Beto Perez is a San Diego DJ, bringing real energy wherever he goes. He is such a fun personality and a good friend.
From Snapdragon, SDFC, Petco Park, The Shell, to House of Blues… he’s touched some of the biggest stages in the city. But always comes through for local events. His favorite, The Backyard Boogie.
That’s where it’s real, doesn’t matter your where you play but who you play for. It’s all about music, and connection.
He’s got a fun energy, and I really enjoyed our conversation together, those are the kinds of moments that remind you why this culture matters. I’d love to share more from him.
