Added some additions to my head as you can see. Despite what you see, I am not a sucker for pain, make no mistake. For those who have been w me or seen me get a tat, you know I have no shame. I will yell. 😂
Be that as that, I hope you have a great week in purpose. As for me, it's a day by day thing over here. One day I felt like I was living in a nightmare, while another day I felt like I was living a dream. And that, my friends, is the ride of life. So for my week, I choose to be grateful and honest w/ whatever comes up.

GALA Night! As a singer, writer, actor, dancer, director, producer, entrepreneur, etc. it's nice to be seen and acknowledged in all my facets. 🏆 I've worked sooo hard and have come so far. It's because people like you continue to support and find interest in the things that mean most to me.
You've seen it all layed out and unfold if you've been following my journey, esp since social media began in 2005 w FB. I've lived my life truly, ups and downs, professionally, creatively, and just as a human being - personally. I've wondered what it all added up to be. What's it all about?
People think social media is real life but things go on behind the scenes that will either make or break you. Trust me, I know seasons of brokenness, this is how I know seasons of wholeness.
That's why it's easy for me to leave the thoughts of others behind because they can be more consuming than my healing or progression. And walking away from South St is still a sore so I have to move accordingly. All I'm saying is, life be hard. Oh so hard, but it's moments like this that help me remember I'm on the right track. ✅️

The missing ingredient in your performance is you. A lot of people leave themselves out of the equation, not because they want to, but because they aren't even aware of what's missing. In other words, people will strive to be authentic in their approach w/o realizing that vulnerability is the number one ingredient in authenticity. So perfection is never the goal. Honesty and discovery is.

This is the season where many are duped into toxic isolation. Be careful. Don't fall into the pits of depression masked as righteous isolation. Sure, people are draining, but you can't both hide from the human experience and then wonder why no one thinks of you. You get 1 life, experience the world, and reclaim your time.
