the past week was heavy for me
between working online, teaching, post partum hormones and receiving some difficult news about family abroad… I honestly felt mentally exhausted
and the more I stayed inside, the worse I started to feel
today I had to leave the house for work
and as simple as it sounds… it helped me so much
getting dressed
driving somewhere
seeing people
changing my environment
it shifted something in me
suddenly I felt a little lighter
a little more productive
a little more like myself again
