Mika Abdalla has big plans for today, May 13 — the premiere date for #OffCampus, the new Prime Video show in which she stars, and, coincidentally, her birthday.
"I’m probably going to go to all my favorite little dive bars in New York,” she tells Her Campus during her cover interview. "I don't remember what they're called. I just know where they are. I just start walking, and I'm like, ‘This is where I'm going.’” Abdalla just knows she’ll end up in the right place.
Following stints on Netflix’s ‘Project Mc²’ and HBO's ‘The Pitt,’ Abdalla has arguably ended up in the right place once again, sitting among the breakout cast for a TV adaptation that's already been greenlit for Season 2 and that fans of the source material — Elle Kennedy's five-book 'Off-Campus' series — have clamored for incessantly. Although the journey here wasn't without its detours and minor setbacks.
