this weekend I released a song with the lovely & very talented irishman @westonloney 🤠
how we met is actually quite serendipitous. I went to a random gig with a friend, got lost looking for the toilet & accidentally wandered backstage. Weston had just come off the stage, with his guitar in hand, and I asked if I could play it. we hit it off instantly & only a few months later, he invited me to the studio, to record this song with the incredible talent @geeemurph (& we had SO much fun)
this is undoubtedly the one time I’ve been really glad that my sense of direction isn’t the best. I’m so glad this happened, thank you Weston!
It’s insane to me that none of this would’ve happened if we hadn’t been neighbours in London
p.s. we just finished recording this song & we love it (& we hope u will too)
I’ve officially fallen in love with making music videos & collaborating with other creatives in every way, shape & form.
In August, @queenroses_blm visited me in London & thanks to a wonderful & talented group of people we managed to create the most gorgeous music video in only a couple of days (?!) I can’t wait to release it & the song that goes with:))
Other things that happened in August:
@bartekkturski and I, wrote a banger of a song, I spent a week in Norfolk with my childhood best friend @sadie.bevan & went sailing with her dad, (which I 10/10 will be doing again), I got really into Game of Thrones & mum came to visit, which was the perfect cherry on top 🍒
