Being a new mom in a foreign country can be difficult and overwhelming. I missed home so much in the first month after delivery when it was just me and my husband. I already planned I was going to pack my bags and travel to Nigeria but God decided to send home coming to me. The yummy dishes were coming back to back. Not just that, the gist, laughter, banters etc. When I was like 6-7 years I kept pestering my mom to have another baby. We were already a big family but I guess maybe my spirit foresaw the future. I love my sister so much and I pray God will bless her in all her ways.
Fun fact: I paid for her cooking class some years ago, so you won’t be wrong if you say I just enjoyed the fruit of my labour 😄
