Is the world run by men or women?
Still on the reserved seats for women at the National Assembly.
The number of women in Nigeria’s National Assembly remains very limited.
When women are missing from decision-making spaces, the policies and laws made often fail to reflect the real life.
What is your take on this?
Should Nigeria adopt reserved seats for women in the National Assembly, or should representation grow naturally?
FIDA is an organization that is serious about protecting women and children.
In partnership with Duty Solicitors Network, FIDA members are being trained on “Gender-Responsive Policing: Protecting Women and Children through Police Duty Solicitors Scheme.”
The training is crucial because lawyers and police must understand each other for citizens to receive fair, efficient, and responsive justice.
