Moria Camp, Lesvos, January 2020 An old woman looks over her zone of the camp, she lives with her whole family (young grandchildren included) in one tent. There seems to be an assumption that refugees are overwhelmingly young men, Moria provided a much more complex picture than this. Personally, I was taken back by the amount of vulnerable people in the camp. By this I mean those below the age of 18 and those above retirement age. The issue of vulnerable asylum seekers has become an ever pressing concern particularly in the winter due to illness, challenging conditions and a lack of supplies. Not to mention the treacherous crossing itself. If you've not managed to catch up on the news recently, the situation on Lesvos has fallen to a new low. A minority of locals have been prevents dingys from landing in port and a blockade is preventing vital supplies from reaching Moria. As tensions rise Ngo's have had to reduce their presence or evacuate completely. The press are reporting the situation to be on the cusp of a new crisis, and unfortunately this will effect the vulnerable particularly.

Westminster Abbey, London, June 2020 An elderly raises her crutches in support of the marchers commemorating the anniversary of the death of Shukri Abdi, just after making a speech to the largely young crowd. Shukri Abdi was a 12-year-old Somalian girl who had been subject to bullying and was found drowned in the River Irwell. This march was one of several worldwide protests demanding for institutional reform and an in-depth inquiry into what the Greater Manchester Police described as "a tragic incident".

@kolabokinni for @sheltercharity Christmas Campaign Shot on set reading a letter to Santa from Liam, aged 11. For Christmas, Liam asks for a forever home. Over 150,000 children will be without a permanent home this Christmas, so if you can, donate Shelter to day. Big thanks to the team for pulling this around

The Great Campaign is running across London's major airports, highlighting the city's musical pull to those worldwide. Has been a pleasure to contribute one of my shots taken at a gig about 4 years ago. Wouldn't have imagined a gig with a few hundred people at would be up for 3 years at Heathrow, neither would have imagined that my mates would be the face of it. Big thanks to @gabrielemalin on the production, @thegraceldn for the disco balls, @cunning_mc & Jake for the stage presence, and the rest of the crew in the crowd

The Grand Shrines of the Kumano Kodo The three grand shrines of the Kumano Kodo. Based around nature they mix Shinto and Buddhist beliefs, providing a beautiful end to the pilgrimage route.

The Kumano Kodo, Japan The 72km trek of the Nakahechi Kumano Kodo route follows a 1000 year old path across the Kii Peninsula in Western Japan. Based high in the Cedar and Cypress forests, the trek takes you through some of the nicest woodland I've ever walked, stopping in local mountain towns and shrines along the way.
