Just basically a month later... Thanks to all my friends who made my birthday special. From @dryvalleyranch who hosted me for the weekend. @northcreekgrill who fed me. Everyone who came bowling with me and ate dominos (and fancy charcuterie) in my backyard. To thsoe who joined me (and made me) super fancy omacase at @pop_slc . My partner in love and life who made a good handful of that happen. Good turn around the sun. Love y'all, mean it š¤

In case yall been wondering why you havenāt seen my face making you drinks about town, I left the game....or at least I thought I did.
I took the job as education coordinator with Caputoās which has given me a new perspective on an old craft. I have spent most of my life making cocktails with Asian influence; now I have a whole new set of flavors to work with. I still get to use my favorite staples like ransom gin, & sugarhouse vodka, but now I have additions like passion fruit marmalade, Greek bay leaves, preserved Tunisian lemons and Italian olive oil.
The thought behind my cocktail was creating a cohesive blend between what has been such an intrigal part of my life, what is a new and exciting part of my current life and also my love of a good martini.

Another chapter is coming to an end (ish) this will be my last week at Nohm (ish) My love for this bar, and this crew, and these owners, and this industry is great, and I feel blessed. Iām moving on to do something different but will always feel grateful for my time here, and these people. Itās probably is not the last youāve seen of me (rumor has it Iāve already picked up 1 years eve for Arnold) but if you want to be guaranteed to let me make you one last drink, Iām here Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, roll through and say bye āš¼

Salerās Fingers - Tequila, Mezcal, Milk Punch, Lime Leaf
The milk punch is made with a lime leaf oleo saccharum, green yuzu kosho, cucumber, celery, tomato, and green pepper corn.
Each drink comes on a custom coaster made from remnant pieces of the shou sugi ban wall that were removed when the new bar was installed.
