We started with the grilled pork neck and these were sooo good - charred, juicy, tender, and paired perfectly with the spicy dipping sauce. And if there’s one dish that has my name written all over it, it’s raw prawns with seafood sauce 😮‍💨 Yes it’s raw. Yes it’s spicy. And yes, I will order this every single time if I see it on a menu. Absolutely obsessed. The Mama Tom Yum noodle soup was packed with flavour - spicy, tangy, savoury, creamy, aromatic… all the things we love in a good tom yum. Super comforting with a rich umami hit throughout. And controversial opinion… but I’d choose pad see ew over pad thai ANY day 👀 Something about those soy-based stir-fried noodles just hits harder for me than the sweet and tangy pad thai. We also tried the crispy fried fish which honestly looked a little scary at first 😂 but it was basically like a giant crispy prawn cracker. Super crunchy, addictive, and definitely worth trying.
