We first experienced this Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken at an AAPI Super Bowl event in 2024. Out of all the food stands @littledingscafe stood out. I snuck by the booth multiple times because it was so good.
Then later that year, we meet @duhricehero through @carydoes and @jellowmoon to later find out that he’s the genius behind Little Dings. For months we kept asking when he’s going to open a place so we can eat his Popcorn Chicken and his answer was always “soooooooon…”.
Fast forward to now, where our fave popcorn chicken is part of @hencredibleeats menu. Plus, they have mind blowing mushroom fries (I’ve never tasted anything like it), bomb salt and pepper wings, and the delicious KFC sandwich.
Go get some chicken! It’s so good!

The KFC sandwich was very well balanced but it was spicyyy lol. That popcorn chicken thooooo 🤤 There’s something for everyone here and prices are very reasonable.
