New residential destination Bakers Court was developed as a fully integrated brand experience, extending from physical materials to digital platforms.
We designed a cohesive suite of corporate materials including business cards, folders, bags and printed brochures, all reflecting the tactile and human qualities of the brand.

Bakers Court is a new residential destination by Metrostav Development, shaped by the history of Prague’s industrial breadmaking and the legacy of baker Odkolek.
We created a brand that puts people and craft at its centre, turning this heritage into a contemporary identity. From naming and visual system to print, web and social, the result is a unified brand experience that connects the past with modern city living.

Creating a brand for a new place means, among other things, understanding the character of the place and the story that existed long before the buildings.
Metrostav Development approached us to shape the brand for their new signature residential destination, Bakers Court. We developed the brand concept, naming system, visual identity and website.
Our starting point was the history of the area. What is now a new urban neighbourhood was once defined by the industrialisation of bread production, led by the pioneering baker Odkolek, whose bakery helped shape the district’s growth. This same concept also inspired City Work Architects, who created the overall urban concept.
Rather than focusing on the mill itself, the concept celebrates the people and the craft behind it – the baker as a symbol of creation, progress and community. This idea led to the name Bakers Court, a place that honours the human heritage of the site while presenting a new metropolitan destination.
The brand system then expands across the development through a family of identities – The Baker, Baker Garden, Baker Row and Baker Pavilion – creating a unified destination while allowing each building its own character.

As part of our collaboration with @metrostav_development on Moving Metropolitans, we created a citywide outdoor campaign that brings the idea of metropolitan movement into the public space.
Visually, the idea is expressed through rhythm and motion. Repeated figures, shifting compositions and strong metropolitan styling capture the constant movement that defines life in Prague. Instead of presenting architecture as the hero, the visuals highlight the people who give the city its energy — those who move through it every day, working, meeting, creating and discovering.
In this sense, architecture becomes the framework, while the real story belongs to the life that takes place within and around it. A reminder that the role of a modern developer is not only to construct buildings, but to help shape the quality of urban life.
Now visible across Prague, Moving Metropolitans has become part of the city’s everyday rhythm — reflecting the people who keep it moving.

Some collaborations naturally grow into long term conversations about how cities evolve.
Together with @metrostav_development and its CEO Ondřej Buršík, we worked on two projects that explore this idea from different angles: the brand campaign Moving Metropolitans for Metrostav Development and the strategy and identity for the new residential destination Bakers Court.
For Moving Metropolitans, our task was to help define a new creative direction for the Metrostav Development brand. We developed the strategic concept, brand narrative and creative vision for the campaign, including the outdoor and print communication as well as the design structure of the new website. The idea shifts the focus from buildings to the people who shape the city every day.
At the same time, we created the brand concept, visual identity and website for Bakers Court, a new residential destination rising on the former site of the renowned Odkolek bakeries, between the parks of Klíčov. The concept draws from the area’s industrial heritage and the story of the baker Odkolek, transforming it into a contemporary metropolitan identity that celebrates the human history of the place.
Two different projects, one shared idea: development is not only about buildings, but about the lives that unfold around them.
We appreciate Metrostav Development’s thoughtful approach to the city and their openness to explore development not only as construction, but as a cultural and human process. It is this perspective that makes collaborations like these both meaningful and inspiring.

Metrostav Development approached us to help define a new creative direction for the Metrostav Development brand and their communication, out of which Moving Metropolitans emerged.
For nearly two decades, Metrostav Development has been shaping Prague’s urban landscape. Their projects grow from a careful understanding of place, community and the real needs of people who live in the city.
Our role was to translate this thinking into a clear brand idea and communication direction. We developed the strategic concept, brand narrative and creative vision for the campaign, including the outdoor and print communication as well as the design and structure of the new website.
Moving Metropolitans reflects the rhythm and energy of modern city life, focusing on the people who live, work and move through the city every day. The name carries a deliberate dual meaning. Moving refers both to shaping the physical city and to enabling people’s lives to move forward. Metropolitans shifts the focus from buildings to the people who inhabit the city.
Simply put: cities are shaped by the people who keep them moving.

Henceforth. collaborated with Capacity, a Czech urban furniture manufacturer, on two distinct projects that show how detail and quality shape the perception of a place.
Nahoru Resort
Trigema (@trigema_as ), the investor behind the Rokytnice nad Jizerou ski resort, approached us to create a brand identity applicable across all their mountain resorts. And so “Nahoru” brand was born.
The pilot project in Rokytnice demonstrated that a brand is more than a logo or its digital and print applications. We created a coherent visual system that feels natural in the mountain environment and extended it into the town and landscape. By focusing on detail and removing visual clutter accumulated over time, we strengthened the overall atmosphere.
Capacity’s furniture became an integral part of this system. With clean design and well considered solutions, the benches and bins blend naturally into the landscape while subtly carrying the resort’s identity. Customized with the Nahoru logo, they extend the brand into public space in a consistent and unobtrusive way.
Boleslavova 3
The boutique residential project @boleslavova3 is defined by a bold architectural expression. The red bench selected by the architects reflects this confident gesture. Thanks to Capacity’s modular system and the flexibility of color and material, the furniture aligns seamlessly with the architectural intent.
What we appreciate about Capacity is their clear design approach and their understanding of urban furniture as more than just a functional element. Built on a modular system that enables original combinations, their products are thoughtful, well crafted, and able to respond sensitively to context, whether in a quiet mountain resort or as part of a strong urban statement.
Thank you for the collaboration.
We look forward to the next projects we can shape together.

@trigema_as approached us with a clear ambition: create a unifying identity for all of their mountain resorts — and Nahoru was born.
Starting in Rokytnice nad Jizerou, we delivered a full rebrand in 2024, covering visual identity, digital and offline communication, and wayfinding. By reducing visual clutter and refining the system, we created a clearer, stronger brand that respects tradition while elevating the experience.

A distinctive collaboration between glass artist @frantisekjungvirt , designer @lindaboronkay , and @sirpraguehotel has resulted in an exclusive, limited-edition collection of vases created specifically for the hotel.
“For this limited edition, I drew inspiration from the hotel’s iconic architecture — Art Nouveau and Cubism — as well as from its atmosphere, materials, and muted colour palette. Each vase — object — diffuser carries within it the genius loci of this remarkable place,” says the artist.
The selection and final form of the collection were developed in close collaboration with Linda Boronkay, the acclaimed designer behind Sir Prague Hotel’s interiors.
Each piece is a handcrafted original, bringing together Czech glassmaking tradition, contemporary design, and a strong sense of place. The collaboration was initiated and curated by Henceforth.
The limited-edition collection is available exclusively at the Sir Prague Hotel Design Store — just in time for Christmas.
We teamed up to create something special — a one-of-a-kind collaboration that resulted in a limited collection of handcrafted vases by glass artist @frantisekjungvirt , created exclusively for Sir Prague Hotel.
Drawing on the hotel’s Art Nouveau and Cubist architecture, its atmosphere, materials, and soft, muted palette, the collection was shaped in close collaboration with interior designer @lindaboronkay . Each piece playfully balances Czech glassmaking tradition with contemporary design, while capturing the distinct character of the hotel.
As part of the project, František Jungvirt also took over the hotel’s common spaces, where the vases are presented as integral elements of the interior.
The limited-edition collection is available exclusively at @sirpraguehotel@sirhotels@sevennorthprague
At Henceforth., we value Bohemian craftsmanship, authenticity, and meaningful execution, which makes our collaboration with František Jungvirt both natural and deeply rewarding.
