Just one more look at this set 😊
They are on their way to be immortalized by the one and only @sharpbycoop

Here's another sweet brut chef I finished recently 😊
1084 steel with brass bolsters, brass and G10 spacer, and black richlite handle.
Thanks for looking!
And finally! Glamor and detail shots of the big chef knife.
Blade and integral bolster are made from composite twisted 1095 and 15N20.
Blade is 9" long and just shy of 2.25" wide at the heel. Overall length is just over 14.5".
You might be able to see a whisper of a hamon in the center of the blade. Unintentional, but still kinda cool. And in hindsight it makes sense given the material choice and the thickness I quenched this blade at.
Handle is 6 sided wa inspired in shape and made from stellar spalted mango from @robswildwood and a black/white/black G10 spacer.
Glamor and detail shots of the medium chef knife.

Blade is 7" long and 2" wide at the heel. Overall length is just over 11.5".
I especially love the detail right at the heel in the damascus. The pattern converges right into the corner.

I got to spend my Easter weekend teaching my favorite person and a few new fun folks how to make knives! That's a pretty good way to spend a holiday if you ask me!
Check my website for future class dates!
I have another beginner bladesmithing class this weekend, and I currently have 3 spots still available!
So if you don't have any Easter plans (or want a better one), hop on over and learn to make a knife!
