Here are some valuable tips to enhance your trading experience on #Binance P2P 🧵 1) Avoid using or accepting any third-party payment. Ensure the name on the payment matches with the profile of the buyer/seller - if it doesn't, appeal the order and get in touch with our customer service. 2) Never agree to deals outside of the #Binance P2P platform. Make sure you keep all conversation records on the order chatbox page and don’t use third-party messengers. These records can be crucial in handling disputes. 3) Contact your bank or relevant authority immediately in case the P2P transaction is blocked or if you get a chargeback. Make sure to gather the transaction details, such as: transaction date and ID, sender’s name, amount, etc. The more details, the better! 4) Don’t forget to send us the valid proof of transaction This can be an official document with transaction details or even a video showing your account info and the frozen/reversed transaction status. 5) Our team is always ready to assist you in case you still have questions. Watch out! If someone asks you for your personal information, including but not limited to: your email, cell phone number or UID (user ID), it's most likely a scam. Our customer service would only ask you for your CID (case ID). We also never ask for any deposits. Never transfer money to someone saying they represent or work for Binance. If you are not sure if it's a scam, contact our support so we can assist you.
