~ HELLVETTE.
Shout out to @cris.cross.art and @hellvette_ for teeing up this epic opportunity.
After @unmarked.au we decided to go on a rolling shoot to catch Hellvette on the road. The roar and attention we got made for an epic thrill ride.
Cheers to @matahari.photography on the wheels and letting me capture this moment. What a blast.
@saf__one with the killer decals on the corvette, check out his work.
Damn, this was fun.
Definitely different to my usual work, but there's a first for everything.
More rolling car footage in the future..?
LFG??
Back in 2016, I traded my ’65 Mustang Coupe for a 1978 Corvette — a deal that would change everything.
It started off as a bone-stock C3, rocking the original 350 small-block and not much else. Clean, classic… but not for long.
A few weeks in — boom 💥 — the engine gave up. So I had a fresh motor built. Then came the small touches: black wheels, stickers, a few accessories.
But you know how it goes… once you start, you can’t stop.
Next came nitrous — pure fun until that engine blew too 😅
So I went all in: a 383 stroker, rebuilt TH350, 4:11 gears, side pipes, and a new set of wheels.
Then in 2020, the real transformation began. The Hellvette got a complete facelift — two-tone black and grey paint, fresh body tweaks, and a brand-new attitude.
The biggest leap came when Superformance stepped in to help create a one-off airbag suspension setup with AccuAir e-Level — fully custom.
And finally, the new heart: a rebuilt 6.0L LS2, carbureted for that old-school sound and soul.
Now, the Hellvette isn’t just another Corvette — it’s a piece of me.
Two blown engines, countless late nights, and a vision that just wouldn’t quit.
One of the wildest, most unique C3s out there — and it’s still evolving. ⚡️
