M/M20050406 (@mm20050406 ) is an ongoing body of work that explores the decay and destruction of a body. Throughout the course of a year, the image undergoes a repeated cycle of uploading, downloading and re-uploading to an Instagram account. The image is gradually broken down by an aggressive JPEG compression algorithm. The result is an image that slowly breaks down and changes.
