What an intense first day at Hellseatic Cosmos! Thank you to everyone who is there and spending this festival with us so enthusiastically. Today, the gates open at 1 PM for you, so head to Eremit at 1:30 PM in the Kesselhalle.
Hellseatic sind wir alle. Danke für diesen zweiten Tag – für eure Offenheit, euren Support und diese besondere, friedliche Energie. Was hier entsteht, lebt nicht nur von den Bands, sondern von euch: von einer Community, die aufeinander achtet und gemeinsam etwas schafft, das sich wie eine Utopie anfühlt.

Laudare on May 2th 2026 at the Hellseatic in Bremen.
Whilst preparing for the festival, I had a listen to Laudare and fell head over heels in love with them. Both musically and with their decision to include some Latin lyrics, as they really stand out in the (Post) Metal crowd.
The four of them completely won me over live as well. The cello blends wonderfully into the soundscape.
I’d also like to give a big shout-out the lighting technician for the atmospheric lighting.

The heavy music odyssey was back at the Schlachthof Bremen this year! After a break last year Bremen got the festival back, that can’t be described with a genre but with great vibes and just amazing music.
