Our first wedding of 2026 - how do you try and fit 2 days at @thicketpriory into 60 seconds? Well we tried - and managed 90! Kaitlyn & Garrett’s 3 days extravaganza in London was our absolute pleasure to capture. Guests had travelled all the way from across the pond and what better way to kick things off than a cruise along the river Thames to take in all the sights?? The next day we were back on dry land at the beautiful NoMad in Covent Garden for a rehearsal dinner and lots of emotional speeches. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house! The big day itself started off for Kaitlyn and her bridal party in an elegant NoMad suite overlooking the Royal Opera House. The whole wedding party boarded a red London bus to get to One Great George Street a grand, grade II listed, Edwardian building in central London. After Kaitlyn & Garrett exchanged some heartfelt vows in the beautiful ceremony we got to have a little wander for some portraits with Big Ben in the background. It was a glorious day of capturing everyone mingling and sipping champagne topped off with an incredibly high energy, jam-packed dance floor complete with an espresso martini trolley being wheeled around. Hello! We are Hello There Films. We are a husband and wife wedding filmmaking team; Charlotte & Craig. We like to travel, and see other cultures. We like really, really good films. We like Christmas tree shopping, making a big thing out of breakfast, coffee, Italian food, French wine, Yorkshire puddings. We both love design in its many forms, be it fashion, nature, graphic design or film. We love live music; DJs, classical, you name it - it's always better live. Chic city wedding or massive apre ski party in a beautiful old building? Why not have both and make it a full weekend thing like Anna & John did in January?? Where else could the celebrations start except at Thicket Priory, where Anna is the queen of weddings herself! The first morning was a dream with the queen becoming the bride. Anna put on her first outfit of the weekend, looking flawless she was ready for a sneaky first look with her very soon-to-be-husband to calm the nerves before the official vows. So many magical things happened over the two days, it’s difficult to put it all into words! There was a wander in York city centre with a quick pit stop for cocktails, sausage rolls from Greggs, a fancy old double decker for guests, a champagne tower, a tiramisu tower (YES PLEASE), sparklers, a celebrant ceremony, two candle lit dinners, a actual ski gondola in a ballroom, an apre ski party complete with snow and snowsuits, dreamy orchids everywhere and SO MUCH CONFETTI!
