Every year, established designers, architects and rising stars collaborate to each design a room and create WOW!house, an immersive show house event at the Design Centre in Chelsea Harbour, London. As part of the show, renowned interior designer, furniture maker and antiques dealer, Max Rollitt partnered with high-end textiles designer, Schumacher to display their craftsmanship and innovation. As a condition for entry, designers must display an illustration of their vision and concept. This year, they personally asked Peagreen’s @lisa_j_orlandi to paint this illustration. Much like the exhibition itself, this project was all-encompassing. As the painting was constructed for a room that had yet to exist, Lisa had to visualise it from a combination of furniture in Max Rollitt’s design barn, Schumacher’s fabric swatches and CAD designs to produce the perfect painting that captured the style and heritage of both brands whilst complimenting one another. It’s amazing to see the finished painting, we are so proud of Lisa! Some images of our latest mural installed at The Arc Winchester, part of Hampshire Cultural Trust. To see our vision become a reality is a truly special experience! A big thank you to all of the amazing teams who were a part of this project, we couldn’t have done it without you.
