To start, a crowd pleasing grazing board inspired by my partner An-noor’s obsession with The Sopranos. Specifically the “Tony Soprano Sandwich”
For main course, spinach and ricotta dumplings. A citrus dressed zucchini noodle salad with fresh coconut and mung bean sprouts. An Ostrich fillet wellington made with Shiitake mushrooms & onion marmalade.
Pineapple cake with mascarpone whipped cream. Made with a dark caramel, maraschino cherries and an almond flour coconut butter cake batter.
This for me is celebration food. A way to celebrate 2025.

That means I have days (that I’m paid for😉) where I can source the prettiest plates, cutlery and cooking utensils. I go hunting for particular shapes, colours and textures depending on the shoot requirements🥰
Yes you might just find me wandering around a Poetry store pairing quirky colours and shapes for my next shoot😁
For Heritage day, I shared a recipe from my childhood and served it on a selection of crockery from @poetry_of_living_store@poetrystores 🧡
On this shoot I worked with @hellopalewood 📸 Jan is dedicated to crafting clean food videos with smooth transitions and thoughtful moments.

My favourite piece is definitely the pestle and mortar 😍 I absolutely love roasting and grinding my spices.

We had the opportunity to update an existing advert for Future Nation Schools. It was lovely meeting their new principle and had great time filming on campus while the kids where on a holiday break.
