Just 2 weeks away from the start of my Atrium Live Tour ❤️, kicking off in Guangzhou! It’s the first time I’m working with James Yeo as my MD (lots of new energy and musical styles!), and we have our old friends and usual suspects (Rizal, Colin, Sebastian, The Freshman, David Tan, Favian, Frank), plus a bunch of new friends! (Zeno, Peter, Miguel, 吴牧，张紫剑，孙𧗾，倪冰雪) Even old comrades (Bang, Gui Min, Daniel) who cannot join us this time round popped into the studio to show their support.
I am truly grateful for having all of you in my life, and for your generosity in sharing your talents, time and passion with me! 🥰💜🙏🎹🎷🎸🥁
I spent more than a month in China touring with the Cantonese musical I Am What I Am (雄狮少年). This is my 3rd round with them. As with all musicals, the show gets tighter with each run, and I sit better with my character, becoming more relaxed. So, all in all, it was a really fun and fruitful experience. I had yet another “husband” on the show - Jerry aka Ah Lo, seen in the photo with @jordan_chan_36 who previously played my husband.
Time went by so quickly. 15 performances in 4 cities, good friends visiting from SG, working out at the gym, and even opportunities to check out bookstores, exhibitions and new and interesting places! 🥳🤩🤓🌺
Now I’m home, and slightly overwhelmed, cos it is actually less than a month to the start of my concert tour! It’s time to hunker down, focus, yet stay relaxed in the zone! Watch this space… 👀🥰

This year, my family will not be celebrating CNY, because the year of mourning for mum is not over yet. Still, we will be spending time together, and her absence will surely be felt. I see the wisdom of taking a year off to not mark those big joyous occasions in our lives, because “forcing” such a celebration will inevitably create a feeling of hollowness.
Her smile and her positive attitude towards life stays with me, and not a day goes by that I am not grateful for her influence on me, and how I am the way I am because of her.
And mum always reminded me to dress up, and enjoy being a woman. So, just because I am not celebrating CNY, doesn’t mean I cannot channel some of that CNY vibe through what I wear!
Happy Lunar New Year, and this is surely the year to work and play hard! (Yes, I’m a workhorse but I also love to horse around!) 🐴🦄
I know I have been going on a travelling spree, but it will end too, and a new season of planting and ploughing will begin.
I went on a road trip to the south of Italy in winter with a very old friend. It was a very different kind of trip, focused on experiencing the region we were in - its culture, geography, pace of life. Went out of our way to stay in the most unusual and amazing (sometimes out of the way) accommodations! But hey, have wheels, will travel, right? And it was worth every mile we drove! 🚙🌈💜💃🌻
A Trulli house in Puglia, a stone cottage perched on a hill overlooking the ocean, a palazzo with the Palermo Cathedral as its backdrop, a hotel room built into a cave...just amazing!
I’m so grateful for all these experiences, and I am so happy that I never became jaded as a traveller. The open road still gives me so much joy and a sense of freedom. It also keeps me curious and learning constantly.
Most of all, because life has been so kind to me, and things can get comfortable, I remind myself to never settle in this zone but to keep challenging myself to move always out of my comfort zone, whether in life, in work, or just in everyday situations.

这就是在我的歌唱生涯里，为我写了无数的歌， 从早期的‘拔河’，‘爱那么靠近’，‘看月亮’，‘罗拉’，到后期的 ‘着迷’，‘历久弥新’， ‘最完美的距离’，和我记念30周年的‘愿爱坚定’。
这一路来，他为我谱写了不止是我事业的里程碑，更为我记录了我岁月的见证。我对他，除了感恩和深深的喜爱，也经常觉得我们是心有灵犀的。这样一个出现在我生命里的人，不知道怎么去形容这段关系。也觉得没有必要去硬赋予它一个解释，或用任何标签去框着它。

I’m glad 2025 is coming to a close. It had its brilliant and dark moments, but now I wanna head into 2026 with a new sense of direction and lots of creative energy for the busy year ahead. This will be a year focused on work. I am grateful for that, because there is no better time, really.
At the start of the year, I was concerned about mum. Now, she is a sweet lil angel looking down on me and blessing me every day. I have often been distracted by love, but now that I’m single again, nothing will stop me from giving my best to what I really do well.
As my dear friend Shiaw used to say, “My dear, don’t kid yourself. You are a workhorse (who just dreams of romance)!” Can I be a unicorn instead, please? ⭐🦄🌈
