Hello, I’m Eb — the heart (and hands!) behind Hello Hydie.
I’m a proud Wadawurrung woman, wife to my biggest cheerleader Jake, and mum to our spirited two-year-old, Ollie. When I’m elbow-deep in blooms, you’ll often find Jake (sometimes with Ollie in tow!) making special deliveries on my behalf.
When I’m not delivering Cultural Education at the You Yangs, I’m pouring my heart into Hello Hydie. I’m dreaming up bespoke, breathtaking florals for events, workshops, and weddings.
Hello Hydie is my passion and my plan for the future — a space where I can pour my creativity, heritage, and love for sustainable design into every petal. From Melton to Melbourne, Geelong, and Ballarat, I’m here for the big ideas, the bold visions, and the floral moments you’ll never forget.

WE’RE HAVING A BABY! 🌼
Super excited to be welcoming our second baby early August. As you can assume, I’m committing to much less projects and flower opportunities.
From July - December I won’t be taking any flower work on so I can enjoy the precious time with our little love bug! 🐞
