Honestly…
This one felt more like an actual dinner than “healthy meal prep.”
The fig-maple sauce balanced surprisingly well with the chicken and potatoes, and the broccoli helped cut through the richness.
Definitely higher calories, but for maintenance or post-workout meals this works very well.

Life has felt so overwhelming lately and if I’m honest, I have no idea how people read their bible everyday, go to the gym, eat healthy, pour into their marriage consistently, keep up with their passions or side hustles, insert whatever AND do those things well AT THE SAME TIME.
