2025 was the hardest year of my life. I lost my beloved home in Topanga to the palisades fire, like so many neighbors, and spent most of the rest of the year battling debilitating chronic illness that doctors somehow struggled to diagnose. The beauty of loss is that it can teach you what truly matters. Worldliness relentlessly urges us all to identify with value and possessions and so called productivity. We become trapped in the never-ending shadow of our own persona. I’m grateful now for life taking things away from me and slowing me down, so I could have time to remember what matters. Being and relationship are all we truly have, and I have so much love and appreciation for all the people new and old in my life who showed up with me this year for whatever reason. We’re all just walking each other home. 2025 was the hardest year of my life but it was also the year I learned the most. Here’s to whatever comes in 2026 and everyone I share it with. Goodbye never.

first show in a minute and i’m happy to be playing it with some very special people. the world feels rough this week and i hope to offer people a place to come together and process and have some reprieve. gonna be sharing a lot of new music i’ve been working on and celebrating my new song IT’S time that comes out that day. 11/14. also very excited to share the night with roger and nick. my friend harry invited me to nick’s show earlier this year and not knowing anything about him, it turned out to be one of my favorite shows i’ve seen in a long time. roger makes very special music as well i always love playing with him. it’s a bit spooky and emotional sharing new work and getting back on stage after hibernating in the studio for a year, so it’s going to be a personal evening for me, and i would love to see you there.

wow. making this album with dc the don was a portal and a miracle. when we met last year at karaoke at barney’s (lol) i had no idea that chance encounter would explode into friendship that would totally transform my world. making music with everyone in DC’s musical family was one of the most special creative experiences i’ve had in a very long time. i did not know collaboration could be like this but i always hoped it could. endless songs, endless dedication, endless partying. going on journeys to these truly beautiful places, recording past sunrise, constantly blown away by everyone’s vibe and creativity. making this album with all of you guys was a healing experience and touched my soul. DC i just want to say thank you for bringing us all together and for having the heart and spirit that you do. here’s to many more. i have so much love for you guys and i’m so grateful you’re my friends.
