About seven years ago, I filmed a band’s live session in the mountains of Barcelonnette, France. I spent four days there, and it felt like living inside a fantasy. The experience of nature was grounding and inspiring. We filmed a few acoustic sessions and a mini documentary. Many shots never made the final cut. Even now, I still find these shots beautiful, and I wanted to highlight them. #filmmaking #director #videoproduction #behindthescenes #minidoc

Tested out a cooking video idea for fun. Main focus was not only to get it somewhat visually decent for socials but also experimenting with sound and music to give the video piece some weight to it. Initially I was suppose to make lunch and that was it but decided to pickup my camera instead lol. Ended up eating cookies through the day just to film this haha 😭 Anyway here are some BTS. Final video on the last slide.

Shot a little doc when I visited my family. Still a long way from being finished, but I’m really excited to slowly put this together over time. More about it soon. 🎥📝

Restaurants are not just about the food. They’re about people, atmosphere, the experience, and the moments that happen around the table. Of course showing the food is important. It’s the core product. But great restaurant content should also communicate the experience, the brand feeling, and the story behind the place. That’s what creates a real connection with the audience. Here are a few content concepts I’d explore. 1. The Empty Plate Instead of perfectly plated dishes, we show the aftermath. Empty plates, sauce traces, crumbs, glasses pushed aside. Quiet evidence that the food was too good to leave anything behind. 2. Behind the Kitchen Going behind the kitchen doors. Flames hitting the pan, chefs plating, ingredients being prepared, and the rhythm of service in motion. Showing the people and energy behind the food. 3. Menu Preview Turning the menu into visual storytelling. Each dish presented through photo and video so guests can understand the textures, ingredients, and personality behind every plate. 4. Hero Video A single video that acts as the restaurant’s trailer. Capturing the story, the people, the food, and the overall experience. A visual calling card for the brand. 5. Stories From The Table Short documentary style episodes capturing real, unscripted moments between guests and the restaurant. Conversations, reactions, and stories that happen naturally around food. A bold concept, but with the right restaurant brand and voice it can work incredibly well. Which concept would you want to see at your favorite restaurant?🍲🍜🍝
