I walk into the NBA Store to present something the world has never seen before 🕶️ the first-ever collaboration between Chamelo and the NBA. This moment is history. And for me, it is deeply personal. Just two years ago ⏰ on May 15 🎉🥳🎈🎊🎁 we celebrated Chamelo’s birth. In only two years, a partnership with the NBA has arrived. That is not by accident. That is by grace. I thank God for giving me the mind, the motivation, and the determination to keep pushing forward. When challenges come, you really learn about yourself when you have to be quiet. I was quiet for 14 years. I disappeared for 13 years, playing basketball abroad 🇨🇳 rebuilding my spirit, my mind, and my soul in a place that helped me become whole 🇨🇳 China. I am so thankful. So blessed. Because of China, this opportunity arose. Because of China, I was able to create a partnership with the NBA 🏀 where I now get to see my favorite team, the New York Knicks, on glasses that I founded. To see so many kids wearing their favorite teams’ glasses… that is a dream for me. Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last 15 years.
