Hey everyone, it’s been a long time. We’re really excited to announce that Bleached will be performing at Mosswood Meltdown in Oakland this summer! Update: After losing our neighborhood of Altadena and still unable to return home, we’ve been craving some sense of normalcy. It’s something we never saw coming, and our hearts break for our friends, neighbors, animals, and businesses who have been affected. Mosswood has always been about community, and the love we’ve felt there over the years has been incredibly meaningful. After everything, we’ve been reminded just how important that sense of connection is, and we’re really looking forward to coming together and sharing that with you. Thanks to everyone who has reached out and checked in on us—it means so much. We can’t wait to play and see all of the amazing bands on the lineup this year. here’s my first song from my new solo project dear francis. 💌🥹 i’ve been working on some acoustic songs that i really care about, but i always held back from putting them out because i worried they wouldn’t measure up in some way. life got tough 🖤 and a friend reached out and offered to record me. that’s when i realized i missed the raw, intimate sounds of my 4-track cassette recordings. so, i decided to just go for it and release this first song with this lyric video i made. it’s so scary to go solo for the first time and to be doing music without my sister, but i’m also embracing this new chapter. and, i know if i was laying on my deathbed i would regret not trying this. i hope you find something in this song that resonates with you. you can stream on all platforms, link in bio. 😊😬🥹 jennifer
