What you will need:
100g strawberries and 100g raspberries
1 to 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
300ml kefir
1 tbsp chia seeds
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy by itself or over ice, at home or on the go, for the perfect boost.

This berry yoghurt bark brings the colour, the crunch and the kind of easy recipe you'll actually come back to.
150 g full-fat thick Greek honey yogurt
100 g strawberries, blueberries & raspberries
2 tbsp chopped pistachios, or other nut of your choice
Line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.
Spread the yoghurt thinly, about 1cm thick, on the grease-proof paper.
Sprinkle the pistachios and berries evenly over the yoghurt.
Freeze uncovered overnight.
Remove and break into small pieces and serve immediately.

These raw blueberry energy balls are bursting with berry goodness 🫐
A little fruity, a little coconutty and seriously moreish, these bite sized beauties are perfect for popping in the freezer and grabbing whenever you need a delicious pick me up.
Made with 250 g BerryWorld blueberries, 50 g almond butter, 200 g oat flour, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp chia seeds and 10 g desiccated coconut, they are delicious, easy to make and perfect for a little pick me up during the day.
Simply add everything except the coconut to a food processor and pulse until well combined. Roll into tablespoon sized balls, coat in coconut and pop into the freezer for later.
