Mareterra has officially become one of those places in Monaco that still doesnât feel completely real.
Built directly on the Mediterranean, the district blends architecture, open sea views and quiet luxury in a way only Monaco really can. And somehow, even the pools here look like they belong to the sea itself.

Long before she became Princess of Monaco, Grace Kelly arrived in Cannes as one of Hollywoodâs brightest stars.
This iconic photo was taken by Edward Quinn during the Cannes Film Festival in May 1955 at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes, shortly before her now legendary meeting with Prince Rainier III â a moment that would forever change Monacoâs history.
Exactly 71 years later, the glamour returns to the French Riviera as the Cannes Film Festival takes place from May 12 to May 23, 2026 â¨
Some stories never leave the Riviera.

Same iconic streets. Different energy.
Fully electric race cars take over the Principality for a weekend that feels faster, quieter, and more futuristic than traditional motorsport.
And in Monaco, even the future races with a view.

POV: you randomly discover a hidden viewpoint overlooking almost the entire Principality.
Tucked above Boulevard du Jardin Exotique, this spot feels like one of Monacoâs best-kept secrets. The kind of place that makes you stop for a minute and just stare at the skyline.
