A very special #monstergirlmonday: From working the @scoreinternational start/finish line in, to crossing it 🥹🏁 This weekend, by the grace of God, I accomplished a dream 10 years in the making. I could not have done any of this without the best support squad. Thank you to my husband @eric_2am , my co-dawg @kyliee_marieee , our pre-run coaches @cowboycerrone & @fastfelix1 , our media team @filmdbywill & @paige_flinn , and to all the brands behind us for helping us get to the finish line. Most importantly, @monsterenergy for the @monsterenergygirls program who helped shape me into the woman I am today. I’m so eternally grateful 🙏🏽 And if you made it this far, especially for the girlies out there: You can do the hard things. You can do whatever you pour your heart and soul into. I believe in you ✊🏽 420 miles! We had the time of our lives! Back to working hard so we can do it again 👯‍♀️ #scoreinternational #baja400 #offroadracing #womeninmotorsport #womeninracing

Leaning on gratitude everyday bc God is good. It’s not always easy, but I work hard at pulling myself into that mindset. Focusing on small wins and looking at the love I’m surrounded by gives me strength. If you’re reading this, I wanted to let you know that I’m grateful for you and your support 🙏🏽🤍 Your girl is officially out of the ICU! We’re almost out of here ✊🏽

Now that I’m able to walk with the assistance of a hand vs walker, next up: stairs! I want to focus on exercises that will prep me for when it’s time to go home (*manifesting daily* 🙏🏽). Since my room is on the 2nd story at home, we decided to tackle stairs next. My ankle was very sore that day and I couldn’t understand why bc I moved so freely the day before. Later on, I had a nurse loosen my bandages around my ankle and found so much relief. Now that I know to ask for looser wraps around my ankle, I’m excited to get back to the stairs and put more weight on my feet with reciprocal steps! I look forward to PT everyday and challenging myself. It’s been so liberating to be able to move after having limited mobility after surgery 3 (2nd round of allograft and removal of infection on left ankle soft tissue) and bed ridden after surgery 4 (1st round of auto graft on left leg). Thank you all for cheering me on during my road to recovery. It’s not been linear, but I’ve been focusing on small wins everyday to stay positive and determined to heal. A big part of it are the kind messages from you all. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. I dig deep everyday so I can get back behind the wheel to continue to make you all proud ✊🏽 I also wanted to give a big thanks to @road2recovery for helping manage our fundraising which will help us cover our expenses after this devastating accident. I feel so grateful and blessed for all the support thus far. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude. But please know we are so eternally grateful 🤍

Now that getting out of bed is easier, sitting for meals feels so good. The way that @eric_2am loves and cares for me is above & beyond. The truest example of “in sickness & in health”. I don’t know what I did to deserve you. But I promise to love you with all my heart in this lifetime and the next 🤍 Thank you @_eileensouk for our delicious steak bowls. We devoured every little bit 😋

She’s walking! 💃🏽 After I stood up for the first time last week, I started walking the next day. It’s been easier to get out of bed with each day that passes and I’m no longer needing additional rescue pain meds to do so. Bless! My goal is to work on my heel to toe movements, especially in my left where they had to do more surgery on bc of a past infection. We walk longer distances every day and it wipes me out when we’re done with PT but I feel so happy and proud afterwards. Yesterday. We introduced new balance and coordination foot work and walking with the support of someone and not a walker. I used to dread facing the pain to get out of bed. Now that my donor sites on my back are healing, I get excited to challenge myself more and more each day so I can get back behind the wheel ✊🏽 Thank you everyone for your continued love and support! It truly means the world to me and helps me push through the toughest of times. I love you all!

Day 1 of Physical Therapy after Surgery 5 was a big one! All 3 appendages are officially in the auto graft/skin grafting phase. It feels like major forward progress.I hadn’t been able to move much since Surgery 3 and was bed ridden after surgery 4, so PT set some goals for me to achieve. 1. Sit at the edge of the bed 2. Stand up with the help of the Sara Steady Slowly but surely, I started moving and stretching parts of my body that hadn’t moved like this in days. Eventually, I got to the edge of the bed and was able to do some leg exercises. Then the Sara Steady came out. To reach the handles I needed to allow my body to open up. When it came time to stand and I was happy to learn that I did it on my own. My mom told me it reminded her of when I was a baby. We were in the living room as a family and I pulled myself up for the first time using the couch, haha. It felt so good to stand tall and I’m so happy my parents got to witness it. Big day Tuesday and it’s just the beginning. I am dedicated to working hard to get back behind the wheel ✊🏽 Thank you all for your continued loved and support. It truly means the world to me and helps me push through the tough times 🙏🏽 I love you all 🤍
