I’d been avoiding it since it required essentially the entire back of the cap to be a separate color than the final shot. But I’m finally getting the hang of being able to do that which is opening up a ton of possibilities for new colorways. perhaps hachiware soon..

I’ve got the art for the congas and the gold bag for the congas all ready! I’m going to start packing them tonight, I should be able to get around 10% dropped off this week. Im waiting on some boxes from amazon in order to really get going, amazon says they’ll start arriving on the 10th of december so they’ll really start rolling out after that!

ALSO this colorway is kind of a big milestone in terms of my casting ability. It probably doesn’t look like much but to be able to cover such a large area in a single color and not run into a bajillion issues in that process is a big game changer for my work. Opens a lot of possibilities for me. Even though like.. 70% of these caps didn’t turn out properly and cant be sold it was NOT that big patch of beige that caused it. So.. YA!! I’ll hopefully be able to explore some colorways I’ve had on the backburner for years and years. Fingers crossed :)
