The collaboration between two friendly festivals has reached a new milestone. Primanima and Animafest Cyprus have already established many common programmes in recent years. For example, CAH (Contemporary Animation Horizons) has been running since 2023, with young talented people from Cyprus and Hungary participating in a two-round collaborative workshop every year. Starting this year, Yiorgos Tsangaris (the festival director of Animafest Cyprus) and Tamás Patrovits (the festival director of Primanima) will be preselecting submissions for Primanima together, while Tamás will be helping out at Animafest Cyprus in a similar way.
Next year, this special cooperation based on peace, mutual respect and friendship will perhaps be even closer and closer, but we will report on that later.

Together, we’re building a movement that raises 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, fosters 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲, and provides practical tools for 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 and 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡. Through creativity, we can help students understand the causes of bullying and find their voices to express how they truly feel.

Október 16-án megnyílt Cakó Ferenc, grafikus és animációs filmrendező első budaörsi kiállítása a PostART-ban. A tárlat különleges rézkarcokat mutatják be és a művész jellegzetes világát hozzák közel a látogatókhoz.
Az est a CAKÓ75 jubileumi sorozat része volt, amelyet egy homokanimációs előadás is kísért.

On October 16, graphic artist and animation film director Ferenc Cakó opened his first exhibition in Budaörs at PostART. The exhibition features unique copperplate engravings bringing visitors closer to the artist's distinctive world.
The evening was part of the CAKÓ75 anniversary series, which was accompanied by a sand animation performance.
