HellCat is a creative collective hosting networking events, socials and workshops for women, trans and non-binary creatives. 🎬This filmmakers’ networking event is designed to help everyone make meaningful connections. Guided by our hosts, the evening will give you plenty of time to introduce yourself, chat about your current or upcoming projects, and exchange ideas with fellow creatives in a relaxed setting. ✨Whatever capacity you work in film, you’re welcome. Whether you’re a director, writer, producer, cinematographer, actor, editor, or just starting your journey, this is a warm and inclusive space to meet potential collaborators and build your network. 📍 Join us @fairfieldsocialclubmcr on the 25th of FEB  for a night of networking and immaculate vibes. ‼️ Please ensure you buy a ticket via our Eventbrite page before arriving at the event as we need to know numbers for the capacity of the room. Last month in celebration of HellCats 1st birthday- we held a big event full of film, art, conversation and networking. ⭐️Thankyou to all that came to celebrate with us and a massive thank you to everyone who showcased their work on such a special night. A little while ago we held a soft serve. A place where strangers can spend some time getting to know each other whilst digging in to their creativity. The outcome was so wholesome and it was wonderful to meet everyone who came and make new friends. ✨A big thankyou to @hadrianslover_mcr for collaborating with us on this beautiful event ✨ We hope to meet more of you! Over the course of the last year I have been working on co-founding and building a new creative community in Manchester, @hellcatcreativecollective with these wonderful women. The collective was set up with the intention to create artist development opportunities and a safe place to connect for women, trans and non-binary creatives . Since September 2024 we've delivered sessions to over 400 people and have a growing collective of 1500 members. As the event coordinator for HellCat I have had the joy of seeing this wonderful community flourish and HellCat go from strength to strength with each event. In only our first year HellCat has become a vibrant hub of creativity and collaboration and I couldn't be more proud. Not only of ourselves but of the wonderful community of creatives that support, attend and showcase their work at our events. Community is everything <3 We're here to make change and will continue creating joyful creative spaces for women, trans and non-binary creatives. On the 18th March we hosted ‘Letters to a Feminist Future’ an evening on poetry and monologues to celebrate International Women’s Day. We were blown away by the creativity, resilience and power that came with every performance and we want to say a huge thank you to the artists that performed their work and the audience that can along to support them!!
