Deborah, Pierre-Yves, and their little sunshine boy, Louis-Gabriel.
A weekend in Portugal, tucked away at Amaria in the wild beauty of Costa Vicentina Natural Park, a place that seemed to hold the whole celebration so gently.
Their wedding was filled with so much love and joy. The kind that moved through every part of the weekend, through the tears, the laughter, the tender moments, and the wild dancing late into the night.
Their closest friends and family had travelled to witness it all, and there was something so special about the way everyone showed up for them. Fully present. Fully joyful. Fully part of the story.
But what stayed with me most was the way Pierre and Deborah looked at each other.
There was such a quiet beauty in it. A softness. A deep knowing. The kind of love that doesn’t need to be performed because it’s felt in every glance, every touch, every small moment in between.
And then there was Louis-Gabriel, their little boy, woven so naturally into the day. A little sunshine soul watching his parents step into forever.
The long table beneath the sunset at Amaria, the golden light, the speeches, the laughter, the music, the dancing, it all felt like one beautiful exhale.
This film is not just about a wedding.
It’s about family.
About friendship.
About place.
About tenderness.
About the kind of love that fills a weekend and stays with you long after it’s over.
Pierre-Yves and Deborah, thank you for letting me witness and tell your story. 🤍
