Story time: this is hands down one of the most challenging costume requests that we have ever received… Sheet Ghosts on Stilts! 👻
So one would simply think, “this is easy peasy, just throw on a dang sheet and call it a day! No, my friends,no…😅 When walking 3 to 4 feet up in the air, there are things that one must consider for safety (ahem..such as visibility for one) and throwing a sheet over your head with simply two eye holes is not the safest endeavor. 👀
But, alas, Chad is a mad genius and made this request happen, because he is The Chad aka The Rockstar. 👻 🌟 👻
He made the modifications needed to make this unique request ~safely~ happen by modifying the minor details and creatively adjusting. No children were stepped on so it was a WIN/WIN! 🏆

Did you know that butterflies have a 90% mortality rate? Out of hundreds of eggs laid by a female butterfly, only a small percentage will survive to become adult butterflies. Many factors contribute to these low survival rates including predation, disease, and harsh weather conditions.
Butterflies are TRULY nature’s underdogs. And that’s why I relate so deeply to these magical, mysterious little beings. 🦋 l, too, have fought for my survival, weathered the darkest storms, and defied the odds stacked against me (both internal and external, self~created and otherwise). A resilience forged in the fires of metamorphosis. 🔥
Under the joy, sparkles, and smiles, there is deep grief and sorrow, but also an infinite well of strength, fortitude, and love…My soul is a butterfly.. delicate yet also fierce.. A survivor through and through. 🦋
These are some Sunday thoughts that popped into my mind…felt compelled to share. Maybe you, as well, need the reminder of your strength. 🧡🦋🖤
