First taste of exam life at @mastermathssg
On the way there this morning, I asked him how he was feeling. “Okay… I think?"
Registration was quick… but the moment that name tag went on, reality slapped. He started pacing like a stressed-out mathematician, mumbling formulas like they’re ancient spells 🤭
It’s his very first mock exam — a rehearsal for the big national ones coming soon. And honestly? We’re all learning as we go. Whether he nails it or not, I’m proud he’s facing it head-on (with frequent bathroom breaks courtesy of “nervous tummy” 😅).

We’ve both been to this city hundreds of times — it’s where our families brought us when we were growing up, and now it's where we return with families of our own. Even our boys feel that same sense of nostalgia, and now they bring their own kids here for short weekend trips. This city holds memories so precious, no amount of money could ever buy them. Melaka is truly a city of sejarah, and I’ll never get tired of saying it.
Our favourite place to escape to. the food, the ambience, the music, everything seems to strike a chord with us. It's like this place here knows exactly how to tug at our hearts.
