These 3 incredible humans gifted the rest of us with more community than we ever hoped for over the last 4 years. The Shaku Bar hosted the first ever shows for a bunch of bands, mine (@hedgefire ) included. I wish this venture could have led them to a successful business enterprise, but in lieu of that, I am still so glad they did what they did. I got a band out of it. I also got countless amazing Portland friends. And, I got to know Mark, Trent, and Matt. The times they facilitated will live forever in my memoric pantheon (ahem #hedgefyrefestival). Thank you, guys, for doing something that was risky and ultimately unsuccessful financially, but that brought a whole bunch of cool people together in community! Job well done!!! 🔥
Ugh. In case you hadn’t heard: our third place, our favorite bar, @TheShakuBarPDX is shutting down in less than 2 weeks!!!

Hi! At our next show, we're going to try recording good quality audio and video so we can make a hype reel we can show venues to help us book future gigs. It would be super helpful to have a full house / racous (or however you spell that) crowd there cheering us on!
