Last night’s #FoodTech edition at Red Bridge brought a different crowd into the room. Alongside our regular mix of founders, investors, and tech operators, we welcomed foodies, vegans, and the simply curious. A full house — and a full spectrum of opinions. Because food is never just sustenance. It’s heritage. It’s identity. It carries memory and emotion. The tension between optimism and realism made the conversation sharper. We challenged our tastebuds as well as our thinking — passing around wasabi popcorn from @volup_lisbon and washing it down with pomegranate cider from @zidra.pt . A small reminder that experimentation doesn’t only happen in labs. Innovation in food isn’t just a technical problem. It’s behavioral, emotional, economic. The future will likely be hybrid — not only in ingredients, but in ideas. We were back for the second time at the beautiful @heden_workspaces — and once again, the setting elevated the conversation. Muito obrigada @angelafmuniz por todo suporte nos eventos em Portugal, a melhor revisora e amiga que esse livro poderia ter me trazido. Minha vida de bookstar rodando a Europa chegou ao fim (por enquanto kkk) e eu ainda estou sem palavras para dizer o quão especial foi viver tudo isso com vocês. Foi uma maratona que exigiu muito planejamento, foco e dedicação, mas valeu muito pena. Vocês são muito generosos comigo!
