One room, two sets of monitors, a sub, Trinnov DSP and 24 hours.
An idyllic North Devon retreat - known for their impressive studio, collection of synths and audio toys, and their hospitality. Devon Analogue has hosted some of the best in modern music (Calvin Harris, Disclosure, Skream, XL Recordings…).
During a rare break in their schedule we ran a full sonic health checkup - lining up the PMC 8-2 XBD mains and HEDD Type 30s, integrating the sub and refining everything through Trinnov.
Both sets of monitors calibrated and delivering the goods - tight imaging, punchy transients, deep and controlled low-end.
