Incredibly grateful to be included once again on the Bar World 100 list ☀️ To be acknowledged by peers I admire, and to have the chance to represent the Nordic bar scene among these great people shaping our community, is something I don’t take lightly. Tjoget x @schmuck.ny Last week we packed our bags and headed to New York. On Wednesday night, we took over one of our favorite (and most hyped) bars in the world. Huge THANK YOU to the entire team at Schmuck for being incredible hosts, and to all the New Yorkers who showed up and showed love. Round two on our home turf soon? 😉

STOCKHOLM TAKEOVER 🇸🇪 On April 13th, we’re celebrating World Aquavit Day by bringing Stockholm to Trondheim, with the legendary Hedda Bruce and Molly Zirk from Tjoget for a one-night takeover at Britannia Bar. Hedda is the Bar Manager at Tjoget, named Sweden’s Best Bartender three times, and listed among the 100 most influential figures in the global bar industry by Drinks International. She’ll be joined by Molly, who is a core member of the Tjoget bar team. From 20:00, they take over the bar with their own signature cocktails, all built around Norwegian aquavit.
