Heartworm Press is honored to announce the signing of poet Sonny Hall for his forthcoming collection Double Double, arriving in early 2026.
Sonny Hall, 27, began writing poetry at 17 as a way to confront addiction and loss with unfiltered honesty. His debut collection The Blues Comes With Good News was self-published in 2019 before being reissued by Hodder & Stoughton, establishing him as one of the most distinctive new voices in British poetry. His work, often written without punctuation or strict form, captures both the chaos and humor of recovery, identity, and love, drawing deeply from his experiences growing up in London and the death of his mother.
In 2021, Hall co-founded the independent publisher Blue Beggar Books to champion emerging poets worldwide, followed by his 2024 publication On The Soft Edge with Yves Saint Laurent Rive Droite. He has spoken multiple times at the University of Cambridge and other literary institutions, reflecting his growing presence as both a poet and speaker engaged in contemporary literary discourse. His evolving work continues to explore the tension between confession and form, what he calls “finding order in a lawless playground.” Alongside Double Double, Hall is set to release a major multi-medium collaboration with photographer Nick Knight CBE in 2026, encompassing film, text, and visual works.
Stay tuned for details on the forthcoming Heartworm publication.
Heartworm Press is proud to announce the signing of Buzz Kull, the project of Sydney-based musician Marc Dwyer.
Since 2012, Buzz Kull has stood as a defining presence in the international underground, creating a sound that unites precision, atmosphere, and emotional gravity. His work moves between intensity and restraint, built on repetition, texture, and control. Buzz Kull’s music reflects the pulse of the modern city, haunted and immediate, driven by rhythm and the suggestion of something beyond reach.
He has released three full-length albums including Chroma (2017), New Kind of Cross (2018), and Fascination (2022), along with numerous singles and remixes that trace the evolution of his sound. His work continues to refine and expand the boundaries of contemporary electronic music.
We are honored to join forces with an artist whose vision continues to shape and define the landscape of modern sound. Stay tuned for news on forthcoming releases and collaborations.

The Cremations performances are on sale now. Thanks to everyone who has already reserved tickets. These intimate performances have been deeply meaningful for me to put together and I can’t wait to finally share the live interpretations of this early Cold Cave material for the first time. From the cemetery to the church, it’s gonna be both harsh and beautiful.
Rosa Anschütz will also perform music from Sabbatical, one year after its release.
Let’s make these evenings special and memorable together ♥︎
Please join us for these special performances in intimate, inspired rooms. Please reserve tickets early. See you in September. Tickets on sale Friday at 10am local.
For the first time ever, an immersive live performance of Cold Cave’s Cremations era material — misanthropic synth hymnals and icy electronic glory once described as Whitehouse meets The Cure.
Acclaimed artist and singer Rosa Anschütz will be performing music from her album Sabbatical, one year after its release.
Happiest birthday to the endlessly inspiring Rosa Anschütz. You make the world a deeper, brighter, more colorful place. So grateful to know you. 💫🎂

Tour starts tonight in Philadelphia. Here I am in 2007 in my old West Philly house where I may still live today had my roommate not taken his life in it which lead to it being inhabited by a Black Mist Apparition. Anyway I made Love Comes Close in this room. Thinking of Gregg tonite and the youthful hustle that was running up and down the east coast in search of something intangible, a little purpose, some dream chasing from show to club, cigarette in hand, burning holes, escapism, no cares in the world, after hours, beautiful. Say hello.
Heartworm Press is proud to announce that Sonny Hall’s new poetry collection Double Double will be released June 10. Preorders are open now.
Double Double marks the return of one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary British poetry. The book gathers 50 new poems written in Hall’s emotionally direct and wildly punctuated style, moving between confession and play as they search for meaning inside the disorder of lived experience. It continues his search for what he calls “finding order in a lawless playground.”
Hall began writing at 17 as a way to confront addiction and loss with unfiltered honesty. His debut The Blues Comes With Good News was self-published in 2019 before being reissued by Hodder & Stoughton. Since then he has collaborated on book projects with Yves Saint Laurent and Nick Knight.
