On view until May 31: Breathwork by Tamara Sam Garcia @tamarasam444@heartisavortex
A sculptural work exploring what makes something feel alive. A rounded wooden pillar is transformed into a breathing body through a hidden mechanism, simulating life within an otherwise inert structure. Dressed in black velvet, surrounded by hair, heels, and a skin-like membrane resembling a breast, the work adopts visual codes associated with sensuality, intimacy, and projection.
Conceived as a self-portrait, Breathwork positions the body as a constructed interface between desire, control, and collective fantasy. Water flowing through the breast-like form transforms the sculpture into a fountain; positioned between organism and machine, presence and fabrication, the work reflects on how intimacy and ālifeā are continuously constructed, perceived, and ritualized.

Single or layered, sliding cross necklace.
I wanted to bring back the relationship we have with our amulets by giving a playful characteristic to jewelry.
A project which explored spirituality and the place objects have within rituals that connects us to presence and awareness.

What is home?
I have been hearing this question from inside⦠that little voice inside my head,
inside my guts.
It is a feeling and a smell
it is a taste and its objects.
Objects and their laughter,
but it is also spaces and tiles.
It is corner drawers and collapsed mattresses.
Is a house inhabited fifteen out of 365 days by Garcias, Sam, Liceaga, Lópezā¦
the rest Everardoās pals barbecues.
It is also a splash and a song,
its eating papaya before tia Ofe finishes it all.
A collection of couches in random places, mainly to talk about kidney stones and Pueblas potions.
Hiding your shiny jewels its a must, as a crow is amongst us, she just turned 59 the same day that Luis Miguel.
It is many things i am yet to discover,
but the fuel of this machine is the trio of eyes who witness anew every single day.
Earrings, espiral en ascendente with citrine droplet.
Also known as merchants stone, citrine has been thought to bring prosperity and wealth to those who keep it close. Favored by egyptian pharaohs, Greek carvers and Toman priests in amulets and talismans.
Gained popularity again in Victorian Scotish and art deco jewelry.
Sculpted in silver, one of a kind.
